Cindi Lang RN, MS, Vice President

Cindi Lang is Chief Operating Officer/Practice Administrator of DocNow Urgent Care in Rochester Hills and Troy, MI. Cindi is a Registered Nurse and has a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration.

Cindi spent 15 years in the acute care setting serving in multiple positions including Manager of Critical Care and the Emergency Room. Moving to the out- patient setting, she served as Director of a large multi-specialty group physician practice prior to becoming the Practice Administrator of a busy surgical group. In August of 2004, she assisted with the opening of DocNow Urgent Care’s first location. The second location opened in February, 2005. DocNow Urgent Care became accredited by The Joint Commission in 2009.


Cindi has been actively involved in national urgent care associations for the past 10 years and has been a member of UCAOA since its inception. Cindi is an Officer (Secretary) of the UCAOA Board of Directors and was a speaker and/or facilitator at multiple UCAOA conventions. She serves on the UCAOA Executive, Finance, Nominating, By-Laws and Benchmarking committees. Cindi is chairperson of the UCAOA Mission Committee.

Cindi lives in Troy, Michigan, is married and the mother of two sons and is active in her community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Clawson Community Credit Union in Clawson, Michigan, is a member of the Professional Technical Advisory Committee for the Joint Commission and is on the Board of Directors of UCAOM.


Rona Wadle, DO, Treasurer

Rona Wadle is the owner and medical director of Meadowbrook Urgent Care in Birmingham, Michigan. She attended Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her doctorate in 1998. She interned at Bi-County Community Hospital/Henry Ford Health Center in Warren, Michigan and completed her emergency medicine residency at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan in 2002. Over the next several years she worked as an emergency medicine physician at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and St. Josephs Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.
In 2007, she left her position as an emergency medicine physician to establish Meadowbrook Urgent Care. With this new concept of urgent care, Dr. Wadle is focused on enriching the standard of patient care that is lacking in the emergency room. Dr. Wadle has long demonstrated a commitment to patient satisfaction and service well evidenced by the fact that prior to attending medical school she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boston College and worked as a registered nurse at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Rona Wadle was born and raised in Michigan and attended Detroit Country Day School. She currently resides in the city of Birmingham. She is a member of numerous societies which include the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, American College of Emergency Physicians and the Urgent Care Association of America.
