A Vendor Coalition is a group of companies that have come together for one UCA event. This gathering of companies can be done for a multitude of reasons – shared marketing efforts, shared points to improve placement, bringing together existing companies within a corporate GPO or other grouped arrangement.

As it relates to a UCA event, the coalition will benefit from the opportunity to combine their earned priority points, thereby improving their placement for that event. Coalitions will be placed after island booth placement is complete. The other benefit is the opportunity to be placed together, if space permits at the time of the coalition’s booth selection.

The coalition exists for one event and the benefits extend only to that event. Each event will have a unique contract detailing policies, procedures, management expectations, limitations, and restrictions. Signature of the coalition “host” as well as the coalition partners is required as is adherence to the full Exhibitor Policies and Procedures for that event.

Companies who are interested in hosting or being part of a coalition should contact Jackie Stasch, jstasch@ucaoa.org with any questions or speak to the coalition host directly. Coalition contracts must be submitted prior to priority point placement to be considered for any UCA event.
