About this webinar:

This is a package webinar. The first webinar will be taking place on Tuesday, September 25th and the second will be on October 2nd both beginning at 1PM CST.

There is significant cost to turnover. Between time spent advertising and orienting alone, the minimum cost is 16% of that annual salary (CAP survey). Consider overtime or temporary help and the costs increase. The first step to decreasing turnover is an efficient, high quality on-boarding program. The second step to decreasing turnover is a strong retention program including education, leadership support and feedback. This course will provide the tools needed to establish or improve your on-boarding process as well as mechanisms to keep the team members beyond their first anniversary. Join us for Pt I to discuss the on-boarding process. In Pt II we will discuss building a culture of retention in your organization.
