About this Webinar: 

This presentation explores all of the social media channels, their strengths and weaknesses for engaging patients, driving awareness and managing reputation. We will have a mixture of didactic lecture and education and "hands on" assistance with setting up social media channels, advertisements and graphics for real-world implementation.

Join Shannon Quinn has more than 20 years of public relations experience, and has been with LCWA since 2001. She leads the agency’s digital marketing and healthcare practices. Shannon is a skilled counselor with experience in crisis communications and a detailed business understanding. Shannon is very experienced working with healthcare associations to develop on-point strategic programs, key messages that resonate across audience groups and media relations programs to drive awareness as well as conversations.

 As well as join, Kish Pisani, marketing professional with over 30 years experience in public relations, digital and print writing, social media content creation and analytics, editing, project management, volunteer coordination and media relations for small business, non-profit organizations, large corporations and currently with Urgent Care Association of America as Digital Content Manager. Working with the marketing team at UCAOA and, social media engagement and reach has increased significantly in the last 18 months. A native of Tucson, Arizona, she graduated from Marquette University in 1987 with a B.A. in Communication/Broadcast Communication well before the advent of the internet. As a mom of an adult son with special needs, when not working at UCAOA, Kish is advocating for the disability community and involved in coaching Special Olympics and promoting employment initiatives and inclusion opportunities in greater Chicago, using social media strategies of course.
