UCA has compiled the information self-reported by national centers and continually updates our database within the Find a Center directory.

The directory is available for patients, departments of health, telemedicine organizations, members of the media, and others who wish to find their nearest urgent care center providing COVID-19 testing. View the database

If you would like your center(s) to be listed, please submit your information through the form below. You should only need to submit this information once unless there are changes to your services in the future. If you operate multiple centers, please create one submission for each center (manage 5 or more centers? Please contact us to get access to a submission spreadsheet).

The Urgent Care Association (UCA) is collaborating with Solv, a vendor member, to launch the Testing Access Program (TAP), an initiative to raise awareness of the urgent care industry’s testing capacity by putting the information directly into the hands of consumers.

Apple and Castlight are the first official TAP partners that will receive the UCA testing database, offering direct-to-consumer information on urgent care centers offering COVID testing. Consumers searching in Apple Maps or asking Siri to find nearby COVID testing sites will be able to find and, if enabled, book a COVID testing appointment directly through Solv. Read More.

UCA is also collaborating with Solv Health to Create COVID-19 Testing Database: Book a visit, locate a COVID testing site, COVID prevention tips, COVID resources and frequently asked questions now available on the Solv Health COVID Care Guide.

If you aren't yet in UCA's COVID-19 Testing Database, click here to add your center.
