The Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) qualified registry reporting option is no longer available.
Premier has operated the MIPSwizard® Qualified Registry since the days of PQRI, through PQRS and now MIPS. Over the last decade, they have supported tens of thousands of clinicians in successfully participating in these programs, with a primary focus on the small and individual practices that often struggle to find vendors to support their unique needs.
As the program has evolved, clinicians have adopted sophisticated EHRs, Alternative Payment Models became more prevalent, and the number of providers who need a manual entry Qualified Registry solution has dropped significantly. After much consideration, they have decided to cease operating the MIPSwizard product starting with the 2020 MIPS reporting period. This decision will not impact any registered providers’ 2019 MIPSwizard registration and reporting.
