Michael Nelson, PA-C is a Clinic Operations Manager and practicing clinician with Affinity Urgent Care; responsible for three locations in the Southeastern area of the Houston and Galveston area. He has over 13 years’ experience working as a Physician Assistant in urgent care and emergency medicine. Michael worked as a paramedic for over ten years for Harris County Emergency Corporation and the City of Austin EMS. While working as a paramedic he acted as a training officer and taught courses such as ACLS, BTLS, PHTLS, and PALS. He graduated from the certificate PA program of Albany Medical College in 2014 and attended both University of Texas, Austin and Austin Community College.
