The Becky Burress Unsung Heroes Award
With the recent passing of our colleague and friend Becky Burress, UCA in conjunction with NERUCA will be recognizing her life, service and passion at the 2020 Foundation Celebration. She will be the inaugural recipient of a new award that has been created in her honor, the Becky Burress Unsung Heroes Award, which will be presented to her posthumously at the event on May 4, 2020. While Becky was certainly loved and appreciated during her years with UCA and NERUCA, she was the first to provide credit and recognition elsewhere. This award will be a permanent tribute to her career contributions and the essential efforts of so many dedicated professionals in our industry.
