In light of the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult, but necessary decision to cancel the 5th Annual Foundation Celebration & After Party. We know the Celebration is an important time for us all to connect and celebrate our accomplishments in the industry. UCA leadership and staff are working diligently to deliver a plan to recognize this year's award winners in a way that they deserve.
Our members need our assistance and support now more than ever. We have redirected our fundraising efforts and have established a new UCF COVID-19 Emergency Fund to support the industry during this period. UCF COVID-19 funds will be used to support urgent care clinicians with resources, education and advocacy during this crisis including:

A number of Foundation Celebration attendees and sponsors have already agreed to donate their contributions to this effort.
If you would like to donate to the fund or redirect your Foundation Celebration contributions (ticket sales, sponsorships, table sales, etc.) please confirm your donation with Kim Youngblood, Chief Development Officer at email@example.com.
Your contributions to the COVID-19 Fund would be 100% tax-deductible since you would not be receiving goods or services purchased with a ticket/table sale.
If you would like to receive a refund of your donation, please submit your request to Kim Youngblood, Chief Development Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds will be processed within 30 days and you will receive a payment by check.
