UCAOA has two urgent care conferences each year - one in the Fall (October) and one in the Spring (April/May) - that provide space and opportunity for exhibitors to interact with our attendees.

The Fall Conference is a targeted audience of approximately 150-250 on specific topics which may change each year and is typically open to 20-25 exhibitors. The Annual Spring Conference is our annual meeting of approximately 600-800 attendees covering a wide variety of topics in urgent care (both clinical and business-focused) and is open to 80+ exhibitors.

Our next meeting is April 29-May 2, 2008 in New Orleans.

Exhibit opportunities are available as follows:

• Sustaining and Founding (Platinum, Gold, Silver) Sponsors receive first invitations and have reserved booth space in advance of the open invitation.
• Past Exhibitors receive early invitations to the conferences and have first choice of booth selection after Metallic Sponsors.
• Open invitations are sent to all members of our vendor list approximately seven (7) months prior to the program.
