Patient Visits

The average number of visits per week increased to 342

Patient Wait Times
57% of patients wait 15 minutes or less to be seen
About 80% of all visits are 60 minutes or less

Corporation - 13.5%
Physician or group of physicians – 50%
Non-physician individual – 7.7%

Technology
92.9% of urgent care centers use computerized systems for practice management
66.7% of centers use computerized systems for clinical processes

Types of Providers
63.8% staff with a mix of physicians and/or nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants
In 65% of centers, at least one physician is on-site at all times the center is open.
