The Urgent Care Benchmarking Survey is a web-based survey designed to help you measure the financial performance and practice management of your center.
Calendar year 2015 data collection is now closed.
Those who complete at least 60% of the survey will receive immediate access to the platform!

How It Works
Step 1: Gather Reports
It is recommended that the following statements and reports are gathered prior to beginning the benchmarking survey:

We recommend that you download the list of survey questions and review them before you begin.
Step 3: Register your center
During the registration process you will be asked to:
Step 4: Start entering your data!
Upon submitting your registration information you will be taken directly to the survey platform where you can begin the survey!
Did you participate in the benchmarking survey in 2014 or 2015?If your center participated in 2014 or 2015 you will not need to re-register.
Visit the survey home page and enter your USER NAME and LOGIN. They are the same as prior years.
You can also reset your password if you have forgotten your credentials.
