On Thursday, April 30, attendees of the Closing Keynote & General Session were treated to a book signing of "Where Does It Hurt? An Entrepreneurs Guide to Fixing the Healthcare System," by author and keynote presenter, Jonathan Bush. During his presentation, entitled "Connecting the Healthcare Disconnect," Jonathan spoke about the benefits of Inter-Access, which is the ability for one entity to share information with another one. Jonathan explained how urgent care centers are ideal for providing patients more choices for care at lower prices and can serve as a vanguard of healthcare delivery innovation. Jonathan also facilitated a question and answer session with attendees.

Afterward, Dr. Nathan Newman provided the audience with parting words, reflecting on his tenure as UCAOA President. To a standing crowd, Dr. Newman passed the gavel to the new UCAOA President Dr. Rob Kimball, who took to the podium to thank Dr. Newman for his service and provide a brief outlook on his new position, urging members to get more involved in UCAOA and the industry.
