Governance
UCAOA is governed by a Board of Directors. New Directors are elected by secret ballot each year by the members during the Annual Members Meeting.
The Board meets face-to-face twice annually and communicates by email and phone throughout the year to provide leadership for the Association’s strategy and direction. The Board also has created and charged several Committees with projects to further the Association's mission and vision.
