Life Membership Award – Awarded at the discretion of the Board of Directors for outstanding contribution to the Association. Life Membership provides the recipient with “dues for life”. Past Recipients include: Original UCAOA President Dr. Bill Meadows and founding Board member former communications director Dr. David Stern.
