UCAOA Conferences and Conventions both provide opportunities for urgent care leaders to speak to their peers.

Planning for courses goes on throughout the year, so Speaker RFPs can be submitted at any time.

Spring Convention speakers are finalized in the Fall of the preceding calendar year. Fall Conference speakers are finalized in the early Spring of the same calendar year.

All topics must be specific to the urgent care setting and may not promote a specific product or company. Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are given for most courses, so potential speakers must be willing to follow ACCME guidelines. Refer to Speaker RFP for more information.
