The front desk has become the most important hub for reimbursement and collections as the patient’s responsibility for payment escalate. This session will cover proven best practices in urgent care centers that have successfully implemented patient experience and loyalty programs while also ensuring that payment responsibilities are communicated and payment is received. This webinar is intended for Front Desk Managers and Administrators; Practice Managers.

He serves as adjunct faculty in the College of Professional Studies for Indiana Tech and has earned a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
