We mean that you can register today and lock in your early rates, and if you change your mind or cannot come for some reason, as long as it's before March 20th, 2009, we'll give you a full refund. Between March 20th and April 3 there's a 20% penalty (or only $75 if you want to keep your money on hold with us for later use). After April 4th, the "risk free" period is over and tuition is non-refundable. Please call us if you have questions!
