Sample Registration Combinations:
1 PreConference Course and Main Convention = $900 members/1220 nonmembers
2-day Clinic Startup plus Convention Add-on = $800 members/1120 nonmembers
1 PreConference Course alone = $300 members/$460 nonmembers
Main Convention alone = $600 members/$760 nonmembers
NOTE: UCAOA Individual membership is $150 - instant savings plus member benefits!
Group Discounts (4 or more registrants):
A 20% Group Discount will be applied to current tuition rates under the following conditions:
- All members of the group register simultaneously
- All members of the group pay with one payment (single credit card or one check)
- Substitutions are allowed at later dates
- Additional registrants (not substitutions) will be registered at prevailing rates and not included in group discount.
Cancellation Policy:
A 20% tution penalty is assessed if cancellation is not received by March 29, 2008. Applying tution to a future UCAOA program will lower the penalty to $75, if received by April 11. After April 11, tuition is non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Example: Cancellation on March 30 for Main Convention with early registration fee.
Original fee = $600
Refund with 20% cancellation penalty = $480 refund, $120 penalty
Applying tuition to future program = $525 in Hold for later use, $75 penalty
