All centers who apply for accreditation receive the most current printed standards manual. For a limited time, the newly update 2009 standards are available to all centers for a free dowload - visit www.jointcommission.org/urgentcare.
UCAOA members can also download the 2009 standards in the Members Only section for no charge.
In 2009, an "Urgent Care Applicability Grid" will be available to help you determine which ambulatory standards apply to your urgent care and which do not.
In 2010, a printed urgent care specific standards manual will be available.
